Athora Belgium, an insurance services provider, completed the acquisition of a life insurance portfolio from NN Insurance Belgium, an insurance brokerage firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today marks an important milestone for Athora Belgium. The transaction covers more than 200k new policies and we welcome our policyholders and the 24 new employees to our business.
