Investcorp to acquire a majority stake in Sunrise Produce from BGL.

Investcorp, a global investment manager, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Sunrise Produce, a wholesale produce distribution company, from Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, an independent investment bank and financial advisory firm.
