Quest Diagnostics to acquire LabCare Plus of Summa Health.

Quest Diagnostics, a provider of diagnostic information services, agreed to acquire LabCare Plus, the outreach laboratory services business, of Summa Health, an integrated healthcare delivery system in Ohio.
