Iron Mountain, a global colocation platform, completed the acquisition of XData Properties, a data center colocation space and solutions provider, from Stoneshield Capital, a real estate investor, for $78m. "We are really bullish about that market. Madrid is a market we have wanted to get into for some time. It's not power constrained, like so many other markets in Europe.
