Waldorf to acquire the Dutch oil and gas assets of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company.

Waldorf, an oil and gas company, agreed to acquire the Dutch oil and gas assets of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, an energy holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction remains subject to obtaining final regulatory and other third-party approvals. TAQA's exit from the Netherlands follows a strategic review of its oil and gas portfolio.
