KKR & Co completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Boasso Global from Apax Partners.

KKR & Co, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Boasso Global, a provider of depot, maintenance, cleaning, and transportation services, from Apax Partners, an independent global partnership focused solely on long-term investment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a privilege to work with Apax, whose guidance and support have helped Boasso achieve significant growth.
