Greenbelt Capital Partners and Trilantic Energy Partners completed an investment in Tenex Capital-backed Unirac.

Greenbelt Capital Partners, an investment company, and Trilantic Energy Partners, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Tenex Capital-backed Unirac, a designer and manufacturer of solar photovoltaic. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Unirac’s executive team and Tenex to combine our significant experience in the solar and broader distributed energy sectors and support the continued growth of Unirac, which has consistently differentiated itself from the competition to become a leader in the space,” Chris Murphy, Greenbelt Partner.
