Valcourt Group completed the acquisition of American National Skyline.

Valcourt Group, one of the largest providers of exterior building maintenance and repair services to commercial properties, completed the acquisition of American National Skyline, a provider of window cleaning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership is an exciting opportunity to bring best-in-class service across the country to current and future customers.
