KKR completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Telenor Fiber from Telenor for $1bn.

KKR completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Telenor Fiber, a fiber optics services provider, from Telenor, a telecommunication services provider, for $1bn. “We are very excited to be investing long-term capital behind Norwegian infrastructure.
