JSW Cement completed the acquisition of Springway Mining from India Cements for $58m.

JSW Cement, an eco-friendly cement company, completed the acquisition of Springway Mining, a mining services provider, from India Cements, a cement manufacturing company, for $58m. "This is to inform you that our company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on 10.10.2022 with JSW Cement Limited and divested the entire shareholdings held by it in Springway Mining(SMPL), for a total consideration of $58m," India Cements.
