Fortessa Tableware Solutions to merge with Zwiesel Glas.

Fortessa Tableware Solutions, a designer, developer, and marketer of commercial and consumer tableware serving the commercial foodservice industry, agreed to merge with Zwiesel Glas, a glass manufacturer.
