Charlesbank Capital Partners completed the investment in ImageQuix.

Charlesbank Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focusing on management-led buyouts and growth capital financing of middle-market companies, completed the investment in ImageQuix, a provider of workflow and ecommerce software for the high-volume photography industry.
