Marlin Equity Partners-backed Learning Pool, a full service elearning provider, completed the acquisition of People-Analytix, an AI-based employee skills management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The advancements from the acquisition of People-Analytix will allow customers the power to automatically address skills gaps as they appear.
