The Riverside Company-backed iCEV completed the acquisition of AES.

The Riverside Company-backed iCEV, a developer of an educational platform, completed the acquisition of Applied Educational Systems, a developer of a web-based education platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “iCEV and AES share the same vision for serving the career and technical education community, and their complementary core competencies will allow both companies to better serve their customers.
