First Student to acquire Badder Bus.

First Student, a provider of school bus services in North America, agreed to acquire Badder Bus, a home-to-school and school charter operations provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “First Student is the leader in school bus transportation in Canada, and the acquisition of Badder Bus matches our operational excellence.
