Arabian Contracting Services to acquire Faden Media for $280m.

Arabian Contracting Services, an outdoor advertising services company, agreed to acquire Faden Media, an advertising agency, for $280m. "This deal represents an extension of the strategy of the Arabian Contracting Services Company by entering profitable alliances and partnerships locally and regionally, with the aim of maintaining its leading position," Arabian Contracting Services.
