Centerbridge Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in MacLean Power Systems.

Centerbridge Partners, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in MacLean Power Systems, a manufacturer of products for transmission, distribution, substation, and communications infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.
