Park Lawn to acquire Muehlebach Funeral Care, Skradski-Pierce Funeral Home and Kansas and Assurance Cremation Society.

Park Lawn, a provider of goods and services associated with the disposition and memorialization of human remains, agreed to acquire Muehlebach Funeral Care, a funeral home in Kansas City, Missouri, Skradski-Pierce Funeral Home, a funeral home in Kansas City, Kansas, and Kansas and Assurance Cremation Society, a cremation service company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to strengthen our operating position in the Kansas City market through the strategic acquisition of the Muehlebach businesses.
