MSQ Partners, an international creative and technology group, and Tectum Group, a commercial roofing services provider, completed the acquistion of Freriks-Werken, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. ''With Freriks we are making a great first step in the development of a group of specialized production companies of roofing products. These production companies will fall under the new Roof Products Europe (RPE) holding company. The establishment of such a group has been a wish of MSQ Group and Tectum Group for some time now.
