MSQ Partners and Tectum Group completed the acquistion of Freriks-Werken.

MSQ Partners, an international creative and technology group, and Tectum Group, a commercial roofing services provider, completed the acquistion of Freriks-Werken, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. ''With Freriks we are making a great first step in the development of a group of specialized production companies of roofing products. These production companies will fall under the new Roof Products Europe (RPE) holding company. The establishment of such a group has been a wish of MSQ Group and Tectum Group for some time now. In addition to any necessary financial resources for further growth, both companies contribute the necessary professional support and expertise in various areas," Rudy Evens, Tectum Group CEO and Huberto van der Schuit, MSQ Partners CFO.
