Seisma Group, an IT services company, completed the acquisition of Fronde, an IT professional services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will allow our combined group opportunities to be part of a network of IT professionals who can collaborate on projects across expanding geographies and capability offerings,” Robert Hogeland, Seisma CEO.
