JD Sports Fashion completed the acquisition of an additional 18% stake in Deporvillage for €20m.

JD Sports Fashion, a retailer of sports, fashion and outdoor brands, completed the acquisition of an additional 18% stake in Deporvillage, an online sports retailer specialized in cycling, running and outdoo, for €20m. Following the Transaction, ISRG own 98% of Deporvillage with the Co-Founders retaining a 2% interest. As part of the Transaction, the Co-Founders will, following a transition period, step away from the management of the business.
