The Audax Group-backed Beacon Mobility completed the acquisition of DS Bus Lines and Midwest Bus Sales from The Kincaid Group.

The Audax Group-backed Beacon Mobility, a family of transportation companies, completed the acquisition of DS Bus Lines and Midwest Bus Sales, transportation platforms that specialize in student transportation and dealership services, from The Kincaid Group, a holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “DS Bus Lines and Midwest Bus Sales are welcome additions to our growing transportation family as we continue to expand into new states in the Midwest and Southwest.
