Brookfield and Stonepeak to invest $1bn in InterEnergy.

Investment firms Brookfield and Stonepeak agreed to invest $1bn in InterEnergy, which owns and operates energy businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean. "InterEnergy has long been a safe and reliable provider of energy and utility services to communities throughout the Caribbean and Central America.
