Red Bull and Rauch Fruchtsäfte completed the acquisition of Brandenburger Urstromquelle from Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen.

Red Bull, an Austrian private company known for its range of energy drinks of the same name, and Rauch Fruchtsäfte, a beverage company, completed the acquisition of Brandenburger Urstromquelle, one of the largest filling, logistics and distribution centres in Europe, from Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen, a food manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The target company operates one of Europe’s largest bottling, logistics and distribution centers in Baruth. The regulatory authorities still have to approve the transaction’s closing.
