Vodafone Group and Altice completed the formation of joint venture FibreCo in a $9.14bn deal.

Vodafone Group, a British multinational telecommunications conglomerate, and Altice, a cable, telecommunications, and media company, completed the formation of FibreCo, a joint venture deploy fibre-to-the-home to up to 7m homes over a 6-year period, in a $9.14bn deal. “This partnership builds on Vodafone’s significant next generation network with Altice’s industrial expertise and proven Fibre-to-the-Home construction capabilities enabling us to bring gigabit connectivity to even more customers in Germany.
