LegalZoom completed the acquisition of Revv.

LegalZoom, an online provider of services, completed the acquisition of Revv, a developer of a document management system. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Revv demonstrates our continued focus on scaling critical engineering and product talent to deliver the best products and services for small businesses. The addition of Revv through this transaction also gives us access to the attractive Bangalore talent market, and will ultimately help us deliver on our business priorities as we head into 2023," Dan Wernikoff, LegalZoom CEO.
