Luna Estate to acquire Dry River Wines.

Luna Estate, a wine company based in Martinborough, New Zealand, agreed to acquire Dry River Wines, one of New Zealand's premier wine producers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "While my family’s deep love and commitment to New Zealand remains strong, the last couple of Covid years gave us the chance to refocus and consolidate our business interests. It became evident that tourism, hotels and their restaurants, and golf were our core New Zealand businesses," Jay Robertson, Dry River Wines Owner.
