Camplify, a peer-to-peer digital marketplace platform, agreed to acquire PaulCamper, a developer of a recreation vehicle-sharing platform, for A$48m ($30m). “This acquisition delivers Camplify a strategic and targeted growth opportunity in Europe, securing the largest key market, Germany.
