Cherry Bekaert to acquire Accume Partners from Nadavon Capital Partners.

Cherry Bekaert, an accounting firm, agreed to acquire Accume Partners, a provider of risk assurance and advisory services catering to the financial industry, from Nadavon Capital Partners, a specialty investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In response to the ever-increasing regulatory requirements, Cherry Bekaert is focused on growing our practice with top talent to meet the needs of our clients.
