Par Pacific to acquire the Montana oil refinery from Exxon Mobil for $310m.

Par Pacific, a company which manages, owns and maintains interests in energy and infrastructure industry, agreed to acquire the Montana oil refinery from Exxon Mobil, an enery company, for $310m. "This acquisition expands our fully integrated downstream network in the western United States," William Pate, Par Pacific Chief Executive Officer.
