Maped group to acquire Juratoys from Argos Wityu.

Maped group, a company in school, writing, colouring and office supplies, agreed to acquire Juratoys, a designer and distributor of toys and games, from Argos Wityu, an independent European investment fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring Juratoys and its longstanding brands Janod, Kaloo and Lilliputiens gives Maped’s diversification strategy the boost it needs to pursue the new group’s targets.
