Field Agent, an insights and product-trial solutions provider, completed the acquisition of SimpliField, a distributed-workforce management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The net effect of the acquisition will be seen immediately. SimpliField will capitalize on Field Agent's deep knowledge of the North American market as we support their expansion in EMEA," Benjamin Zenou, SimpliField CEO and Co-Founder.
