Enersense, a Finnish, internationally operating provider of emission-free energy solutions, agreed to acquire Unified Chargers, a manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Alongside passenger cars, heavy transport is going electric at a rapid pace, and we want to do our part in broadly enabling zero-emission mobility and logistics.
