Bison Capital, Angeles Equity Partners, and Brian Nelson completed the acquisition of Lapmaster Parent.

Bison Capital, a private equity firm, Angeles Equity Partners, an investment company, and Brian Nelson, an individual investor, completed the acquisition of Lapmaster Parent, a producer of high precision equipment and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. Bison Capital and Angeles will partner with Brian Nelson, who founded PSS and will resume his role as group CEO, to drive the next stage of the company’s global growth.
