Commerzbank-backed KlimaVest ELTIF, an impact fund for private investors, agreed to acqurie a 49% stake in Valeco REN, a company with 11 wind farms and solar power plants, from Mirova, an asset managerment company offering investment solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
