Orienta Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ACT Blade Europe, designers of innovative wind turbine blades. Financial terms were not disclosed. The private equity firm made the investment through FA R Evolution, a project focused on digital transition and eco-sustainability, as well as innovation and technology.
