Godspeed Capital-Backed SilverEdge Partners, a provider of innovative and proprietary cybersecurity, software, and intelligence solutions for the defense and intelligence communities, completed the acquisition of Counter Threat Solutions, a technology services and solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the CTS team to the SilverEdge family.
