SDI Group completed the acquisition of Fraser Anti-Static Techniques for £13m.

SDI Group, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, completed the acquisition of Fraser Anti-Static Techniques, a UK manufacturer of anti-static equipment, for £13m. "The acquisition of Fraser is a further step in our Group growth strategy, demonstrating again the opportunities to acquire businesses with high quality products with export growth potential. The Acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in current year FY2023. We are delighted to welcome Bob Fraser, Bruce Clothier and their staff at Fraser to the SDI Group," Ken Ford, SDI Chairman.
