Aptean to acquire Merlin Business Software.

Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, agreed to acquire Merlin Business Software, a provider of enterprise business solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Aptean and Merlin share the same mission, to support customers with flexible, integrated solutions designed to meet the unique needs of their business.
