Bencis Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Oppermann & Fuss, a provider of mobile screening and crushing plants intended for customers throughout Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. By joining forces with Bencis Capital, O&F can use its position and market tailwinds to accelerate its development via international expansion, increasing its customer offering and pursuing strategic buy-and-build opportunities.
