Ag Partners Capital and BCI-backed Fowler Packing completed the acquisition of SunWest Fruit.

Ag Partners Capital and British Columbia Investment-backed Fowler Packing, a family-owned grower and shipper of fresh produce, completed the acquisition of SunWest Fruit, a manufacturer and distributor of tree fruit and citrus products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Given the significant headwinds facing California agriculture, we are constantly evaluating how we can better support our retail partners, consumers, and employees. This is the largest acquisition in Fowler Packing’s history and represents a historic moment for our family-owned company," Justin Parnagian, Fowler Packing CEO.
