UBS Asset Management, a large scale investment manager, completed the acquisition of 73 Miller Street, North Sydney office tower from ESR, APAC's largest real asset manager, for $253m. The building’s tenants include electronics giant Sony, trading platform Axi, billboard provider OOH Media and engineering firms Aurecon and Taylor Thomson Whitting.
