Turnout Industries, a diversified holding company, completed the acquisition of KIHM Metal Technologies, a provider of metal fabrication and engineering services, from The Firefly Group, a full-service public relations and marketing firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “KIHM Metal Technologies proudly serves the aerospace, defense and power generation markets with a customer centric approach unique in the industry. We specialize in metal spinning, hydroforming, welding, and precision CNC machining of challenging alloys often found in today’s aircraft.
