Visma completed the acquisition of OutSmart.

Visma, a developer of a SaaS-based enterprise software, completed the acquisition of OutSmart, a provider of wind asset operations management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since its founding, OutSmart has been focusing on interfacing with financial and ERP systems. We believe it is essential that field and inside sales can work together in a seamless digital way. That is possible with OutSmart connected to our customers' other business systems," Bas Langenhuizen, OutSmart Co-Founder and CCO.
