Schwarz to acquire Erfurter Teigwaren from Lampe Privatinvest.

Schwarz, a retailer of general grocery and miscellaneous products, agreed to acquire Erfurter Teigwaren, a manufacturer and distributor of pasta specializing in mass production for retail and industry sectors, from Lampe Privatinvest, an investor group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
