Envest completed the acquisition of Bullfrog Power from Spark Power for $26m.

Envest, an independent energy producer, completed the acquisition of Bullfrog Power, a green energy retailer, from Spark Power, an electrical power services and solutions provider, for $26m. The transaction will provide significant immediate benefits to all parties involved, and allow Spark Power, Bullfrog and Envest to achieve new goals and realize growth opportunities.
