Kelso & Co completed the acquisition of F&W Food Services.

Kelso & Co, a private equity investment firm focusing on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth capital transactions, completed the acquisition of F&W Food Services, a food distributor supplying quality food and drink to schools, churches, restaurants, fund raisers and many other organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
