Sheridan Capital-backed RS&A completed the acquisition of Summit Imaging.

Sheridan Capital-backed RS&A, a provider of medical device-independent service, completed the acquisition of Summit Imaging, a provider of technology-enabled services intended for repairs and services on ultrasound and mammography imaging equipment.
