Science Group to acquire TP Group for £17.5m.

Science Group, an international, science-led services and product development organisation, agreed to acquire TP Group, a provider of consulting, digital solutions and engineering services across the full lifecycle of programmes, for £17.5m. In a statement, Science Group said that 'there are significant potential synergies with TP Group and a combination would be attractive to the employees and customers of both organisations'.
