Braemar Hotels & Resorts completed the acquisition of Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North from Dajia Insurance for $268m.

Braemar Hotels & Resorts, a real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, a luxury hotel, from Dajia Insurance, an insurance company, for $268m.
